The Eighth Annual Regional Exhibition and Competition of Children's and Youth Drawings and Paintings "The City I Live in" has finished its work.

Annually we offer to participants of 6 to 17 years old to picture their favourite places of the city, from these works the jury chooses the best ones.

There are two categories – Drawings and Paintings, and three age groups – junior (6-9 years), middle (10-13 years), and senior (14-17 years).

The jury can also award participants special diplomas.

The jury of the Eighth Annual Regional Exhibition and Competition "The City i live in" includes:
Maria Azizulova, teacher from the Children's Art School, member of the Union of Russian Artists;
Dmitrii Zabelin, artist, laureate of the Fifth International Festival of Young Artists' Creativity "Art Session";
Maia Medvedeva, specialist in educational work at the Amber Museum.

This year we have also proposed to guests of the exhibition to choose a work they liked the most. The voting lasted for ten days, and the most popular among our guests was the work "The city of sightseeings" by Petr Zoroastrov.
